At first, it was thought that Lindsay's problems were drugs and alcohol. However, the second-time rehab patient has reportedly been having dark suicidal thoughts as well.

A friend of the star's, who is currently residing in Promises treatment facility in Malibu, has revealed to Star magazine that Lindsay was close to killing herself.

The star of the upcoming "I Know Who Killed Me" allegedly locked herself in a bathroom with painkillers.

The friend revealed, "She grabbed a knife and started cutting at her wrists. A friend made her stop. Lindsay ran into the bathroom with a bottle of Advil (painkillers)....Lindsay needs to go back into rehab, then spend time soul searching and getting to the roots of her problems.

"These emotional breakdowns she has are getting worse, and one of these days, she really will kill herself."

The star has been on a downward spiral since leaving her first stint in rehab. She has been caught allegedly snorting cocaine, drinking alcohol straight from the bottle and has climaxed the events by hitting a tree with her Mercedes.

She said: "It's nothing like me. She has got t*ts for a start! I don't have any t*ts!"

The 22-year-old actress loved working with Johnny and Orlando on the third "Pirates" film, but struggled to deal with their jealous female fans.

Keira moaned: "Women look at me as if they want to kill me. And then when they don't kill me they say through gritted teeth, 'Lucky you.'"

The 20-year-old always swore she would never shoot a sex scene, but Chris Siverston - the director of her new movie "I Know Who Killed Me" - persuaded her to change her mind so she would get the critical recognition she craves.

Lindsay - who plays a stripper who is kidnapped and has both her legs amputated in the movie - told Nylon magazine: "Chris Siverston is a f***ing genius. We made a deal that I will do any film he wants me to do.

"At first I was like 'I can't do this, I'm getting my leg cut off. I don't want to look like that in scenes, I want to look decent!' But that was just me being young and stupid. And I have my first sex scene in it, which I always said I wouldn't do.

"I wanted to do this movie so people can see that I'm a f***ing actress and I've been doing it forever and it's about time people see that. It felt so good to really get to act."

Lindsay Lohan has continued to confuse people about her rehab stay. Not only has she partied just as much, if not harder, since her release from Wonderland, she is confusing fans over her decision to go.

The 20-year-old AA member, who has admitted to having an issue with alcohol abuse in the past, is now claiming that she is not an "addict."

Lindsay, however, seems to be somewhat confused over what an addict is. The starlet, who is dodging cocaine allegations, recently said she just enjoys getting under the bed sheets.

Lindsay reportedly said, "I'm a tough cookie and I'm Irish-Italian, so I've got a really bad temper. A lot of it was like clearing my head because I'm not a crazy addict. I enjoy having sex."

The actress, who next appears on screen as a stripper, continued to make interesting comments about being a rehab patient. Of going to L.A.'s Wonderland facility, she said, "They've had other celebrities, just never as hardcore as me."

But Lindsay does admit that there were many contributing factors in her decision to become another Hollywood rehab patient. She said, "It was a lot of stuff that made me go to rehab. If I want to do something, then I'll do it and you can't stand in my way."

One person who did stand in her way, apparently, is paparazzi photographer Giovanni Arnold. The snapper is suing the star after she allegedly ran over his foot during a car accident in March.

According to court documents, Giovanni believes Lindsay's actions were "negligent, careless and reckless" and he has "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries." He is asking for an undisclosed amount.

Lindsay says she took stripper lessons for new film

Lindsay Lohan made David Letterman's heart beat faster when she told him she plays a stripper in her next film, "I Know Who Killed Me."

"You're just gonna kill me, you know I have a heart condition. You're just gonna kill me," the CBS' "Late Show" host said Wednesday night.

The 20-year-old actress said the audience will be seeing "a lot" of her in the "really dark, scary film."

Lohan also said she took lessons for the role.

"It's really difficult to get yourself up there," she said.

Lohan was at a loss for words when Letterman talked about her "Georgia Rule" co-star Jane Fonda. Last year, Fonda praised a studio executive's scolding of Lohan for her absences on the set of the movie.

"You're 20, Jane Fonda is 70 for god's sakes and looks just tremendous, and more than looks great, has this palpable sense of vitality," Letterman said. "It radiates."

Lohan was silent for a moment, then replied: "She does, no, she's amazing."

"Georgia Rule," also starring Felicity Huffman, was to open in theaters Friday.

Lohan Denies all accusations

The latest scandal in Lindsay Lohan's life involves cocaine binges and sexual adventures with many Hollywood bachelors.

A 'friend' of the star's leaked a video of Lindsay allegedly snorting cocaine and claims that the 20-year-old former rehab patient enjoys taking vast amounts of the drug while she gets naked.

The source has also claimed that the actress, who is about to start a promotional tour for her new film "Georgia Rule" - the film she made while partying hard that led to a letter being written to her by a producer - still enjoys some alcoholic beverages.

However, Lindsay has reportedly denied the claims. According to National Ledger, the star has been telling her friends that the pictures are fake.

The grainy pictures appear quite innocent until paired with the accompanying story about Lindsay's wild escapades.

Reps for the starlet have refused to comment.

Lindsay in big big trouble

The 20-year-old starlet has been caught in the most compromising position of all - allegedly snorting cocaine - and outted by her friend.

The pal close to Lindsay has sold her story and footage to Britain's News Of The World newspaper. The grabs of film reprinted show the "Mean Girl" engaging in what appears to be cocaine use.

The friend hasn't just stopped at detailing the rehabilitated actress's coke binges. Her sexual escapades were also for sale, with the source revealing that Lindsay has slept with the who's who of Hollywood.

According to News Of The World, in one night Lindsay will snort 20 lines of cocaine, while wearing a thong, will also snort off her coffee table.

The friend said, "That night I saw her do more than 20 big lines of cocaine. She was still up doing drugs at 11 a.m. even though she had started about 8 p.m. the night before. She wasn't even trying to hide it and was blatantly doing it off table tops, keys, books and in the wardrobe, where she was hunched over with her legs crossed almost bent in half doing it off some magazine on the floor. I remember looking at her and thinking how pathetic she looked and how out of control she had become. When she is on coke, which is most of the time, all the attention has to be on her. I have lost count of the number of times I have watched as she stripped naked in front of everyone."

Lindsay's friend claims that she is concerned about the starlet's out of control behavior, which involves secretly drinking alcohol, Class A drugs and sex with older men.

The insider continued, "She has told me that she has slept with James Blunt, Jude Law, Calum Best, Joaquin Phoenix, Benicio Del Toro, Jared Leto and James Franco. She loves Brits and has told me she has slept with the singer James Blunt a few times over the past month. The last time was on April 15 after another house party. I think they went back to a hotel together afterwards. She is very protective over him and when she heard I had met him she sent me a text saying, 'Stay away from him Bitch, he is mine.' Lindsay told me she has messed around with Leonardo DiCaprio a while ago too but claimed that she didn't sleep with him. She also flew to New York about two months ago to go to bed with Jude Law."

If it is all true, it is amazing that Lindsay finds time to act and portray strippers and turn into a lesbian in between her wild and erotic lifestyle.

Lindsay has recently claimed to be clean, sober and not an addict, saying that rehab changed her life. However, to support the evidence in the new pictures, she has been clubbing almost on a nightly basis since she left L.A.'s Wonderland treatment facility.

The friend revealed, "She carries round a water bottle to try to fool everyone into thinking she is clean but she tips the water out and refills it with vodka and soda... Going to rehab was all for publicity. She wanted people to see her seeking help but it hasn't got her off the drugs at all. In an average night Lindsay will do two and half grams of coke on her own."

The movie star has been growing up in Hollywood with little parental guidance. Her father was recently released from time in prison and her mother/manager, Dina, is often seen clubbing along side Lindsay and defending her wild ways.

The pal concluded, "That's why I'm showing this video. So the world can know what Lindsay has been doing and she can't lie about it to herself or anyone else."

With Paris Hilton recently being sentenced to 45 days in jail, it seems young Hollywood is on the verge of disaster.

The tangled web of Sienna Miller and Lindsay Lohan competing against each other in Hollywood is about to turn professional.
